Yesterday morning, we kicked off a new series of events in the New York office called Idealist 101: How to make the most of Idealist. Representatives from 35 local organizations joined us to learn all about making their presence on Idealist the best it can be.
We covered how to make a great organization profile and share your work with the community, how to post listings that get you the best candidates for your open positions, tips for networking through Idealist, and all the great ways you can use the site as an individual, even if you’re already in your dream job. The event was a great success and we can’t wait to see how these organizations use our tips to find better ways to reach their audience.

Every day, you’re creating the best resource in the world for finding ways to do good in the world. We want to help you do that even better.
We’ve taken our years of experience interacting with organizations, individual users, and our own site and created a great workshop on how organizations can best use our tools.
