    Hi there,
Does anyone that have experience volunteering with non-profits that help the homeless in NYC? I wanted to volunteer up to 6 hours per week (soup kitchens, health, education, vocational training, development), but my calendar is a little ad-hoc/not fixed.

I’ve heard from some about ‘Coalition for the homeless’, but would prefer something closer downtown Manhattan.
Any suggestions, please let me know.
